Police investigating BB gun shooting in Binghamton

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – Binghamton Police are investigating a report of shots fired, that ended up being a BB gun.

Yesterday, around 10 p.m. Binghamton Police received a report of shots fired in the area of 272 Front Street next to the U-Haul storage service.

When officers arrived, they determined that a vehicle had been shot with the pellets from a BB gun.

Police say the incident is being investigated as criminal mischief.

As of now, no arrests have been made.
