    Tioga County Sheriff’s Office ask for assistance in missing persons case

    TIOGA, NY (WIVT/WBGH) — The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help in locating a missing man who was last seen in the Town of Tioga.

    47-year-old Mark Klotz, described as a white male, about 5-feet-10-inches tall, weighing around 170 pounds, was last seen on Church Street in Tioga walking towards Nichols on July 10, 2024. Police say he was potentially headed toward the state of Pennsylvania.

    Klotz is known to have a neck tattoo of a gecko and tattoos of Chinese writing on both legs, last seen with brown/grey hair, blue eyes and a goatee.
