    Endicott man facing felony drug charges following search warrant

    ENDICOTT, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – An Endicott man was arrested on Wednesday after police seized drugs and firearms from his residence.

    The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force executed a search warrant at 1005 Pine Street Apt 2 in the Village of Endicott. The target of the search was 30-year-old Joshua Mazyck who was said to be present during the execution of the warrant.

    During the search, investigators located the following items:

    • 227 blue M/30 Fentanyl pills (24.6 grams)
    • 1.4 grams of Crack Cocaine
    • Pregabalin Pills, A Schedule V Controlled Substance
    • A Loaded 9mm Ruger Max-9 pistol
    • Scale and Cutting Agent Used to Distribute Narcotics
    • $160

    Mazyck was charged with the following:

    • Three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Class B Felonies
    • Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, a Class C Felony
    • Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree, a Class D Felony
    • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor
    • Two counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree, Class A Misdemeanors

    Mazyck was taken to Central Arraignment Part Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail.
