BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – A local Tony award winner has been inducted into the Western New York Entertainment Hall of Fame for his contributions to the performing arts.

Serving as President and CEO of NAC Entertainment, also known as Broadway in Binghamton, Albert Nocciolino has brought both new and timeless productions to stages across Western New York and Northern Pennsylvania. The Binghamton-native has produced and co-produced a record of over 100 Broadway and touring productions including Some Like it Hot and & Juliet.

Nocciolino is known as a pioneer in the industry, earning several Tony Awards while taking on leadership roles with councils across the nation. He is credited for his contributions to the strength of historic theatres across the state as well as his dedication to bettering the local economy and community.

For many years, I have been fortunate to work alongside many talented individuals who contribute to the performing arts in Western New York, a community that values creativity and expression,” said Nocciolino. “This recognition is a testament to the dedication and passion that drives us all in the entertainment industry.
