BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – An event focused on history and ghostly fun is back at the Bundy.

The Bundy Museum of History and Art is once again hosting ghost tours of the Bundy House. In collaboration with Phantom Visions Paranormal, investigators will try to capture haunting interactions of historic spirits on camera throughout the house and will share the findings with those in attendance.

In 1889, jeweler and inventor Willard Bundy and his brother Harlow Bundy, an entrepreneur, began manufacturing time recording clocks in downtown Binghamton. The Bundy House, located at 129 Main Street, was built in 1892 for Harlow and his wife Julia. The family lived in the home until 1906. Harlow’s company flourished with thousands of workers worldwide using Bundy time recording machines, and by 1924 it had grown to become International Business Machines, or IBM.

Ghost tours will be held the third Friday of every month with the next one coming up on October 18.

Registration is required for the event. The cost is $25 per person. To register, send Phantom Visions Paranormal a message via Facebook or by email at directorphantomvisions@gmail.com
