Halloweekend at Ross Park Zoo returns

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – Scary fun festivities are happening at Ross Park Zoo this Halloween.

The Discovery Center of the Southern Tier and Ross Park Zoo announced on Wednesday that the return of Halloweekend at Ross Park is almost here. The family-friendly event will take place on October 26 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Guests can trick or treat at both The Discovery Center and the Zoo, participate in costume contests, and enjoy crafts, activities, and performances.

In addition, nursing students from Binghamton University will be presenting Healthy Halloween games, activities, and displays providing a great opportunity for families to learn about healthy eating and living habits.

Entry to the event, including admission to The Discovery Center and Ross Park Zoo, is $10 for members, $13 for not-yet-members, and free for children under the age of one.
