Brenda K. Souder, 64

Brenda K. Souder, 64, of Ripley, passed away Sunday, September 1, 2024 at the Anderson Mercy Hospital. She was born September 7, 1959 in Georgetown, OH the daughter of Pauline (Hamilton) Jennings and the late Dean Jimison. She was a homemaker.

In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by son, Justin Hatfield and brother, Donald Jimison.

She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Irvin Souder of Ripley; mother Pauline Jennings of Georgetown; 2 grandsons; Tanner Hatfield, Colton Hatfield; 2 great grandsons, Xavier Hatfield and Talon Hatfield; brothers, Lonnie (Nancy) Jimison of Aberdeen, David (Christy) Jimison of Winchester; sisters, Beverly (Tom) Kurtz of Germantown, OH, Delores Jodrey of Georgetown, Mary Lofton of Pulaski, MS and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 7, 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Meeker Funeral Home in Russellville with Garrell Florence and Clarke Castle officiating. Burial will follow at the Linwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at 1:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
