FORT LORAMIE, OH - According to a press release issued by the Ohio Lottery on Friday, December 15, 2023, luck smiled upon Joseph from Russia, who recently claimed a substantial $100,000 prize from the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off game, "When It’s Gold Outside."
