$50,000 Scratch-Off Winner Sold in Monroe

MONROE, OH - According to a press release issued by the Ohio Lottery on Thursday, July 11, 2024, an Ohio Lottery player recently struck it lucky, winning $50,000 on the scratch-off game $500,000 Platinum Jackpot.

The winning ticket was purchased at Shell Oil #1224, located at 1280 Hamilton Lebanon in Monroe.

According to the press release, after mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, the winner will take home approximately $36,000.

Platinum Jackpot is a $10 scratch-off game with a top prize of $500,000. As of July 11, there are still three $500,000 prizes remaining, along with other great prizes.
