Mega Millions Jackpot at $464 Million

The Mega Millions jackpot has reached an impressive $464 million, with the next drawing scheduled for Friday, August 16, at 11 p.m. ET.

This comes after no ticket matched all six numbers in the latest drawing on Tuesday, August 13. The winning numbers for that draw were 34, 55, 59, 65, 70, and the Mega Ball was 12, with a Megaplier of 4X.

Players who participated in the August 13 draw still have reasons to celebrate.

A ticket sold in New York matched all five white balls, earning its holder $1 million before taxes. With the jackpot continuing to rise, the cash option for the upcoming drawing is now estimated at $228.2 million.

Mega Millions is played in 45 states, as well as Washington D.C. and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and draws are held every Tuesday and Friday.

As anticipation builds for the next drawing, millions of hopeful players across the country will be trying their luck for a chance at this life-changing prize.
