CLEVELAND, OH - According to a press release issued by the Ohio Lottery on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, a lucky Ohio Lottery player is $150,000 richer after purchasing a winning Powerball ticket for Monday's drawing. The winning numbers for the September 23 drawing were 15-21-25-37-45, with Powerball 19 and Power Play 3.

The ticket, sold at Village Tobacco located at 62 Public Square in Andover, matched four out of five numbers along with the Powerball, earning the player a third-tier prize of $50,000, according to the press release.

Thanks to the Power Play feature, which multiplies non-jackpot prizes, the winner tripled their prize to $150,000. The odds of winning this third-tier prize are 1 in 913,129.

The ticket holder has 180 days from the draw date to claim their prize. As of September 24, the prize remains unclaimed. Village Tobacco will receive a $1,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket, according to the press release.

The next Powerball jackpot is estimated at $223 million, with the drawing set for Wednesday. For more information on the Ohio Lottery and its contributions to education, visit www.ohiolottery.com/supportingeducation.
