KNOXVILLE, TN - As Buc-ee’s expands its reach across the southeastern United States, many Knoxville residents are curious about where the mega travel center could set up shop.

Buc-ee’s is known for its massive stores, clean restrooms, and an overwhelming variety of snacks and fresh food.

Finding a suitable location for a Buc-ee's in Knoxville would depend on several factors, including high traffic visibility, easy interstate access, and ample space for parking and amenities.

One possible location could be along Interstate 40.

This is one of the busiest highways running through Knoxville, according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation.

A Buc-ee’s situated near I-40’s interchange with I-75 would capture traffic heading both west towards Nashville and east towards the Great Smoky Mountains.

This area already serves as a major travel corridor for tourists and truckers, according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation.

This would make it an ideal spot for a Buc-ee's to attract interstate travelers.

Another potential site is west Knoxville near Farragut, where the population is growing rapidly. With high visibility from I-40/75, this area would offer a prime location for a Buc-ee’s due to its proximity to residential developments and commercial centers.

Additionally, its location on the western outskirts would help serve travelers heading towards middle Tennessee.

A third possible site could be along the Pellissippi Parkway (I-140), near the Knoxville airport (McGhee Tyson Airport).

This area is another growing commercial and industrial hub that sees a lot of traffic, including those traveling to and from the airport, according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation.

Regardless of where Buc-ee's ultimately decides to build in Knoxville, the store's arrival would likely create a buzz in the community, offering travelers and locals alike a unique convenience experience.

Don't think there will be one in Farragut and because it is already crowded with the most expensive homes in the area.
