COVID-19 testing available at new, and familiar, locations in Lexington: LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A new COVID-19 testing location will open in Lexington soon and a previous one will reopen. Mayor Linda Gorton announced Tuesday that free COVID-19 tests will soon begin at Tates Creek High School. The total number of deaths has reached 775, after 2 patients passed away yesterday; while 8738 patients are recovered (64 new). The number of known coronavirus cases in the United States continues to rise. As of Monday evening, 5,206,125 people have tested positive for coronavirus (5,205,994 of them being officially confirmed).
