Miami Beach is not an area that I venture to often. As a "local" now, I tend to avoid the areas with loads of tourists and let's face it, if you're a tourist coming to Miami, the first place you'll think of is Miami Beach. However, there are a few bars which make it worth venturing to, especially after a day of paddle boarding or surfing.

What's unique? Their mixologists (pre-pandemic) would fly to various locations around the world to appear as guest bartenders. Yea, they're that good.
What's great? Arguably the best drinks in South Florida for an absolute bargain of a price.
What's not great? Nothing....
Tip: It's located inside Freehand Miami, a hostel. Look for it on the corner of 27th, walk inside and head straight through the double doors to access Broken Shaker.
What's unique? Legitimate bar games, pretty good pizza, and cheap pitchers of beer.
What's great? The fun atmosphere with a good crowd.
What's not great? It can feel a bit dirty if you're not okay with that sort of thing.
Tip: As a native New Yorker, I'm always looking for venues to escape from the typical Miami vibe and Lost Weekend is one of the best for that. Be sure to get your pizza order in as soon as you start feeling hungry. It can take a while if they're busy.
