    US Cafe

US Cafe has been an Atlanta-favorite burger joint since opening in the Smyrna neighborhood over 30 years ago. They serve an all-American menu with burgers, wings, French fries made fresh and cooked to order. When you’re craving a classic burger, this is the place to go. US Cafe has its regular burger shop on South Cobb Drive and an Express shop on Spring Road.

    Grindhouse Killer Burgers

Grindhouse Killer Burgers has been known as the place to get some, well, killer burgers in Atlanta since opening up in 2009. At Grindhouse, you can style your own burger or get it in one of their fun burger styles like Hillbilly Style (with pimento cheese, jalapenos, chili, and red onion) or Yankee Style (with bleu cheese, bacon, grilled onions, and mixed greens). You can get these killer burgers all over the city; they have locations on Piedmont Avenue, on Memorial Drive, in Decatur, in Brookhaven, in Athens, and even at two terminals at the Atlanta airport.

    The Vortex Bar & Grill

The Vortex Bar & Grill, for those 21 and over, has some outlandish burgers. They’ve been serving burgers and booze since 1992. Their award-winning burgers are made with big, fat half-pound patties of 100% premium ground sirloin. Go for their fun combinations like the Freaky Tiki (with grilled ham, pineapple salsa, back, and pepper jack cheese) or the Ka’mana Wa’na Lei’ya (with a scoop of chipotle cream cheese, bacon, and spicy pineapple jalapeno jelly). If you’re adventurous, try their Bypass burgers, made with so much bacon, cheese, and meat it lives up to its name. The Vortex has locations in Midtown and in Little Five Points.

    Bocado Burger

The burger stacks at Bocado in Westside were so popular, the restaurant opened an entire burger joint in Alpharetta. Bocado Burger offers the restaurant’s iconic Westside doublestack, made with American cheese, B&B pickles, and mayonnaise, along with other delicious burger concoctions like the Southwester (with poblano pepper, red onion, avocado, and spicy mayo) or the Down South (with pimento cheese, polano pepper, bacon, fried green tomato, and spicy mayo).
