As I have managed to eat my way across this fine state, I have come across some fantastic Chinese restaurants to recommend and narrowed it down for you. Located on East Valley Boulevard, Savoy Kitchen has a variety of offerings. For a starter, I like to begin with their seafood garden salad because it is so creamy and comes with pizza bread. For my main course, their curry chicken is one of my personal favorites but the dish that everyone gets when coming here is their Hainan chicken. It is super flavorful and tender. Besides the top sellers, they also offer beef and pork curry options as well. And for those who have a sweet tooth, you will want to make sure not to fill up on their curries. They have a delicious crème brulee, and you will want to be sure to save some room.

Mama's Lu Dumpling House

Who doesn’t love dumplings? Located on Garvey Avenue, Mama’s Lu Dumpling House has been serving them up in the area since before I even cared about food. And once I started a food blog on Instagram, I discovered this place and it is amazing. I love Din Tai Fung but if I had to choose between waiting 2 hours for Din Tai Fung and eating at a great dumpling place called Mama's Lu, I would definitely choose this place. If you are new to the dumpling world, I suggest their shrimp, chive, and pork dumplings. If for some reason you showed up with guests who are not as excited about the dumplings, they have a wide variety of rice and noodles dishes. As a fan of spicy offerings, I like their stir-fried udon with xo sauce. And though summer is soon coming, their hot and sour soup is great for anyone who is craving some traditional Chinese comfort food.

NBC Seafood Restaurant
