I've lived in Florida for 52 out of 54 years, and I've had enough! It's either way hotter than it was 20yrs ago when I worked outside, or I'm just getting soft! Not to mention that there are already too damn many people here, I read recently that around 900 people EVERY DAY moving here. Also, before anyone moves here, come down in August, September so you know what you're getting into. I've heard many people say they regret moving here after going through a FL summer! Then they're stuck here because they bought a bigger, more expensive house and can't afford to sell and high tail back to the cold winter they were trying to get away from.
