    Dish Korean Cuisine, a Buford Highway restaurant located next door to the popular Food Terminal, opened in 2017 to bring Atlanta traditional Korean dishes served in a modern way. Chef Darae and Naree, two sisters, have created a delicious menu of Korean favorites like seafood pancake, spicy short rib, stir-fried squid bokkeum, kimchi fried rice, broth-tossed noodles with clams, and budae jjigae (a spicy sausage and spam stew).

    Gaja Korean Bar in East Atlanta Village is a favorite local spot for casual dining and cocktails. Though it is a small spot, it packs a lot of flavor into its food. On the menu here, you will find plenty of traditional Korean dishes with a contemporary spin to satisfy your taste buds. Try the fan favorites like scallion pancakes, kimchi fried rice, beef bulgogi, crispy dumplings, and Gochujang fried chicken.

    Located just outside the Perimeter on Buford Highway in Doraville, Hae Woon Dae BBQ attracts devote regulars to its simple yet delicious Korean barbecue. You will love their charbroiled pork, short ribs, and slabs of chunky pork bacon. Order some dumplings and buchimgae (Korean pancakes) to round out your meal.     Woo Nam Jeong Stone Bowl House

    Woo Nam Jeong Stone Bowl House is located in Seoul Plaza on Buford Highway. The restaurant was started in 2009 by Grandma Young Han, who owned a successful restaurant in Cincinnati before retiring to Atlanta and then deciding to come out of retirement with another successful creation. This restaurant serves traditional Korean fare. On the menu here, you will find dishes like haemul pajeon (seafood scallion pancake), kalbi (barbecue beef short rib), and bibimbap served in a cast iron stone bowl.
