High-price warning: Most and least expensive gas in Yazoo City as of Sunday

(YAZOO CITY, MS) If you’re paying more than $2.58 for gas in the Yazoo City area, you could be getting a better deal.

If you choose the most expensive station in the area, you could be paying as much as an extra $0.04 per gallon, according to an analysis by GasBuddy Sunday.

According to GasBuddy, the average price in the Yazoo City area was $2.58 per gallon - but stations varied widely, with prices from $2.55 to $2.59 per gallon for regular.

The most expensive gas in the city Sunday registered at Texaco, at 534 N Washington St.

The title of cheapest gas, meanwhile, goes to Walmart at 2129 Grand Ave. As of 05:50 PM, Tuesday, they had regular listed at $2.55 per gallon.
