Some annual gatherings and firework displays may have been postponed this year due to COVID, but there are still plenty of great celebrations happening all across the county where you can enjoy socially-distanced fireworks displays. Here’s where to watch fireworks in Cobb County this 4th of July.

    Truist Park at The Battery

    July 2, 2021 at 7:20 p.m.

    Celebrate the 4th of July with a Braves game at The Battery. Following every Friday night game, the sky is lit up with the top-rated fireworks show in the Southeast.

    Six Flags Over Georgia in Austell

    July 2, 2021 through July 4, 2021 at 9:30 p.m.

    Kick off your summer with the Coca-Cola July 4th Fest at Six Flags Over Georgia. The park will feature an epic fireworks show each night in the Metropolis section beginning at 9:30 p.m. nightly.

    Glover Park in Marietta

    July 3, 2021 from 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

    Marietta is holding its annual Fourth of July Parade, Festival, and Fireworks featuring a parade in the morning and a festival with food, arts and crafts, and concerts throughout the day. Fireworks will take place at dark (around 9:30 p.m.). Admission to this event is free.

    Depot Park in Downtown Kennesaw

    July 3, 2021 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

    Kennesaw’s Salute to America celebration will feature two stages of live music, food vendors, and activities for children along with a kid’s parade at noon. Fireworks will begin at 9:30 p.m. Admission to this event is free.

    Thurman Springs Park in Powder Springs

    July 4, 2021 from 12 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

    Celebrate with SpringsFest on the 4th with local vendors and artisans, entertainment, live performances, a Kids Zone with face painting and bouncy houses, and food trucks. A selection of domestic and craft beer and wine will also be available for sale. The fireworks spectacular show will begin at 9:30 p.m. Admission to this event is free.

    Cauble Park in Acworth

    July 4, 2021 from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

    Acworth’s Fourth of July Celebration includes live music beginning at 5:30 p.m. and food vendors, with one of the largest fireworks show in Cobb County taking place over Lake Acworth beginning at dark. Admission to this event is free, but tables for you and your family are available to purchase.
