(DENVER, Colo.) Governor Jared Polis announced the winners of the fourth round of the Colorado Comeback Cash Scholarship drawing Friday.

The newest winners of the Comeback cash Scholarship drawing are as follows:

    • Lindsay, age 13 of Denver County
    • Anna Gordon, age 12 of Aurora
    • Louis Arguello, age 15 of Westminster
    • Gerardo Sierra-Nunez, age 13 of Westminster
    • Aaron Arada, age 16 of Colorado Springs

“Congratulations to our latest $50,000 scholarship winners. Our youngest Coloradans have endured a lot over the past year, from switching to remote learning to not being able to see friends or family,” said Gov. Polis. “But the lifesaving COVID-19 vaccine provided each of today’s winners the opportunity to return to the life they love, and now it's even provided them with a significant amount of money to head to the college of their dreams."

Gov. Polis announced and launched the Comeback Cash Scholarship on June 2, later announcing the first round of five winners on June 10. Nevertheless, Coloradans still have one more opportunity to win $1 million from the Colorado Comeback Cash drawing.

Residents ages 18 and older who have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine no later than June 30 will be automatically registered to win. The final winner will be announced Wednesday, according to a press release from Gov. Polis's office.

Coloradans ages 12 to 17 who have received one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by midnight on Sunday have the chance to win the Colorado Comeback Cash Scholarship drawing for $50,000 to be utilized towards college tuition or additional postsecondary education.

"There is still one more opportunity for Coloradans ages 12 to 17 to win a $50,000 scholarship," said Gov. Polis. "Take this opportunity now as we head into a long weekend to make an appointment for your son or daughter for the free COVID vaccine to give them the protection they need.”
