The Museum of Pop Culture is a nonprofit museum in Seattle, Washington, dedicated to contemporary popular culture. The co-founder is Microsoft Paul Allen in 2000 as the Experience Music Project.

Nestle, besides the iconic Space needle, features in-depth exhibitions, and hands-on experiences that bring pop culture to life. The museum—formerly known as Experience Music Project and Science Fiction Museum and Hall of Fame.

Museum November 2016—has initiated many public programs including, "Sound Off!". An annual 21-and-under battle-of-the-bands that supports the all-ages scene; and "Pop Conference. An annual gathering of academics, critics, musicians, and music buffs.

Lots of great exhibits and a good collection of pop culture faves. A great place to nerd out. There are several lounges and an acoustic theatre with state-of-the-art equipment and performances that offer moments of refuge throughout this sometimes overwhelming museum.
