    TCMH Employee of the Month

    Texas County Memorial Hospital has named Conner Edwards of Mountain Grove the May employee of the month. Edwards works as a tech in the information systems department. He has been employed at TCMH for three and a half years. Alison Clayton, director of information systems, nominated Edwards for the award. “Conner is always willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities,” Clayton said. “He enjoys new challenges and never backs down from a task that is assigned to him.” Clayton explained that Edwards is eager to help whenever and wherever he can. Hospital employees can count on him to solve their problems and give advice when asked. He has a wealth of information technology knowledge that he eagerly shares with new employees in his department. “Conner has been involved in several projects that were successful because of his determination and problem solving skills,” Clayton said. “He is a vital part of our department and the entire organization.” She added that if there was one word to describe Conner it would be dedication.
