The survey, which looked at prices across the Alturas area on Tuesday, found that Chimney Rock Travel Center at 27002 Us-395had the cheapest advertised diesel, at just $3.95 per gallon. By comparison, the most expensive station in the area was Chimney Rock Travel Center at 27002 Us-395, which listed a per-gallon price of $3.95

The average price across the greater Alturas area was $3.95, according to data collected by gas price app GasBuddy.
