Exploring Tarpon Springs | Home to a One of a kind Island | The One with the sponges
We are exploring Tarpon Spring which boasts the largest Greek community in the world outside of Greece but its the one with sponges. It is also home to a one of a kind island. This quaint little fishing town is known as the Sponge Capital of the world. We took a cruise with Odyssey Cruises down the Anclote river to St. John where we enjoyed our time shell hunting on what seemed to be a deserted island. We then explored the local arcade Replay Museum and visited the famous Hellas Restaurant and Bakery for some authentic Greek deserts. Please - Like, Comment and Share with a friend or two or three!!!
