The City of Adrian is offering residential lots

    2021-08-30

ADRIAN, MN - The city of Adrian is selling single-family home lots in the Suedkamp Addition. All of these lots are located in Adrian's southeast corner.

Once the city receives a down payment (10%) and a completed Sale Disclosure Sheet, the city will continue with the sale. Adrian City Hall, 209 Maine Avenue, Suite 106, Adrian, MN 56110, has hard copies of the Sale Disclosure Sheets accessible.

There will be no assessments on the properties. Therefore, all initial infrastructure costs are included in the price of each lot: water, sanitary sewage, and electrical infrastructure; street lighting; storm sewer; curb/gutter; and paved roadways are included. The Sale Disclosure Sheets provide detailed information on each individual property for sale.

Future evaluations may be necessary for the replacement of this infrastructure if needed. Sidewalk assessments may be necessary if the City Council deems them necessary. Construction projects on these properties will be subject to the city's permit and utility costs. The processes and policies of the Public Utility Commission (PUC) also apply.

To all properties in Suedkamp Addition, the "Nobles Home Initiative" five-year tax relief applies. The land will be taxed in the near future. However, the owner receives a refund of the property taxes.

You can access the availability of the lots here.

very bid for these lots will be refused by the city. It's a no-return policy on all sales. A fair selling method will be chosen by the town to satisfy their interests. Call 507-483-2849 for additional information.
