The way to change this begins not at the local level but at the state and national level. Oklahoma is a predominately red state, but national democratic policies are crippling the US economy. Get rid of democrats being in power and this situation as well as prospects for the future will improve.

it's because of how they treat their employees. they claim to be Christian but they literally give the heaviest hardest jobs usually without air condition to only women!!! then they pay you the absolute minimum and to add to the humiliation you have to sign in and out of the bathroom and literally run to breaks which you are usually locked inside a gate and can't leave 🙄
