Chef Ellard hits up Terry Black's BBQ in the Deep Ellum section of Dallas. This is considered one of the best BBQ places in Texas. Ellard takes a pit tour and since Central Texas is about brisket, Ellard goes for that. But the giant, beef ribs look mighty good. The food was excellent and the service was on point.
