City Says Goodbye To Erik Rejino

Yesterday the City of Levelland said goodbye to a longtime employee, former City Manager Erik Rejino. Recently, Rejino turned in his resignation, as he’d been extended an opportunity to be an assistant City Manager for the City of Lubbock. Rejino had a small reception in the R.O. Dennis Council Chambers and was surrounded by friends and colleagues. Punch and cake were served as Rejino said his farewells. His last day with the city is this Friday, October 1st. His time with the City of Lubock begins October 11th, and he insists that he is “just down the road” should we need anything. Rejino has been a dedicated employee to Levelland for 13 years, and has set a gold standard for what being involved in the community of Levelland looks like. Read more
