On Thursday night, a woman lost her life after being hit by a vehicle in west Houston.

As per the initial information, the fatal auto-pedestrian accident took place at about 7:40 p.m. on Bellaire Boulevard, close to Cook Road.

The Pedestrian has a certain level of responsibility as well. I don't trust crosswalks, lights and drivers with my safety and life but my own intelligence and awareness.
