Historic Route 66 and the Grand Canyon | Cross-Country Road Trip With Our Dogs
We managed to pick a frigid day to visit Seligman, an historic town along Route 66, and THE Grand Canyon! Did anyone else think that Arizona was a hot, sunny state? Just us? We were shocked to find temperatures below freezing as we drove through on our road trip. Thankfully, the sun helped keep us from turning to snowpeople as we explored Seligman, AZ, the Birthplace of Historic Route 66. The wind at the Grand Canyon was certainly doing its best to make pup-sicles (or kites!) out of Ludwig and Weegee, though!
