Watch as I prepare garlic for roasting to make a butter for Parmesan garlic rolls. #Thanksgiving
This is a personal recipe from my grandmother that I changed around a little. I added the idea of roasted garlic, which gives flavor to the rolls that your guests will be talking about for years to come. This is the first video on prepping the garlic for roasting. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Then follow the video and get your garlic roasting. Next video, I'll be taking that roasted garlic and adding it to some butter, basil, grated parmesan cheese, and parsley to make the butter for the inside of the rolls.
