  • Watch as I make Sicilian bread for our granddaughters 13th Birthday. This video is part 1 of 2

    There is nothing like making some bread to relieve a little stress or just for its fun. In this case, it was for our grandaughters13th birthday. She ordered fettuccine alfredo with garlic bread but wanted my homemade bread. It all starts with the 'BIGA', a cup of flour with a bit of yeast and water sitting in a bowl for about 12-18 hours. Then 3 cups of flour, a tablespoon of yeast, some salt, and warm water, and then it's time to mix.

    Hi Mark, This time my husband and I both are watching you he now finds what I'm watching. ok so he did the green beans and being we haven't tried it that way it was nice . finding new ways and being we already have it in the home you make it fun and taste great for a new way of doing cooking. your very wonderful and it's nice of you to open your kitchen to everyone.
