Shrek Attraction Closed Universal Studios Universal studios florida will be closing its doors on the shrek 4d attraction ride today jan 10, 2022 after its 18 year run. The shrek ride was modeled after the movies gained popularity and people fell in love with the enchanted story. The first shrek movie came out in the year 2001 and it appears that they will not be continuing the saga. Universal has not mentioned what they will be replacing the attraction with just yet, but I am sure we will find out in the near future.
