Grilled seafood lunch
I grew up on the coast and love, love seafood! Let's grill outdoor and enjoy some sunshine. Yesterday's lunch was grilled seafood - grilled oysters, grilled red snapper, grilled shrimp, grilled eggplant, mango with shrimp paste, sauteed squash & green beans and pork bbq "Pinoy-style." We also made a carafe of calamansi juice. Cheers!
