Pi (Greek letter “π”) is the symbol mathematicians use to represent the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter. This number is always the same, no matter the size of the circle. It works out to be approximately 3.14159.

Every March 14 (or 3-14,) the world celebrates this math the best way possible. By eating pies.

Here are all the specials and deals we have rounded up for this Pi Day in Chicagoland for both sweet pies and savory pizzas.

7-Eleven and Speedway

Get a whole pizza pie at participating 7-Eleven and Speedway stores for $3.14 on Monday, March 14, through the 7NOW delivery app or with 7Rewards and Speedy Rewards loyalty programs.

Bang Bang Pie Shop

While they are not offering any special deals in pricing, the Bang Bang Pie Shop is celebrating Pi Day by opening up this Monday, a day they are typically closed. They have a wide variety of choices from savory to sweet with flavors such as key lime, blackberry buttermilk, lemon bar, and tomato pot pie. You can preorder yours online before they sell out.

Blaze Pizza

Sign up for Blaze Pizza's rewards membership and unlock an 11-inch pizza for just $3.14 from March 14th through the 31st.

First Slice Pie Cafe

With locations in Andersonville, Manor, and Montrose, First Slice Pie Cafe will be offering whole pies for 20% off, mini pies (2π) for $6.28 each, and one slice (π) for $3.14.

Honey Baked Ham Company

With a coupon, you can get $3.14 off the Honey Baked Ham Apple Caramel Walnut Pie only on March 14 and only at participating locations. You can find the coupon here.

Vanille

Vanille has two locations. One in Lincoln Park and one in the Chicago French Market. The bakery is honoring Pi Day by selling 10-inch pies for $23.14. The offer will be available from March 11th through the 14th. Additionally, they have added a new flavor, Banana Cream, specifically in honor of Pi Day.

Whole Foods Market

If you are a Prime member, you can get $3.14 off the large apple and cherry pies from the Whole Foods bakery on Monday, March 14.
