Longmont Has a Tiki Bar Now!
Swaylo’s Tiki Restaurant and Bar is now open in Longmont, Colorado. Swaylos took over the empty Outback Steakhouse building on the southwest edge of Longmont. And we are so glad they did. Mr. Martini and I ate lunch there and did a little day drinking. Their menu is reminiscent of the godfather of Tiki, Don The Beachcomber restaurants. Including cocktails similar to Don The Beachcomber signature cocktails. So make sure you try out Swaylos and get your Mai Tai on.
