Miami Dolphins Officially Sign 2022 3rd Round Pick Channing Tindall To Rookie Contract
The Miami Dolphins made it official, signing their first pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, former Georgia linebacker Channing Tindall. Tindall was the 102nd overall pick of the draft, taken late in the 3rd round. ESPN’s Mel Kiper Jr. projected him to be a 2nd round pick, but fell all the way to Miami. The Dolphins filled a big team need at inside linebacker drafting Tindall, who is expected to compete for a big role on the defense right away. The former Georgia linebacker tallied 5.5 sacks on the Bulldogs 2021 national championship team, and has elite speed, running a 4.47 forty-yard dash at the NFL Combine. #NFL
