    We had the best Sunday brunch at La Mariposa Restaurant & Margarita House. The chain has several restaurants. You can find them in Longmont, Boulder, Lyons, and Greeley. We ate the Longmont location. 1240 Ken Pratt Blvd, Ste 5A, Longmont, Colorado 80501.
