This was AMAZING!!! thank you so much Mike for offering your expertise. The steak was phenomenal and the Cowboy Butter is a delicious treat. We can't wait to make this again. 1 c. butter, melted Juice of 1/2 a lemon 2 cloves garlic, minced 3 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp. paprika 2 tbsp. dried Parsley 1/4 cup chopped green onions 1 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp dried cilantro sea salt ground black pepper
