Forecasters with <a href="https://www.oklahoman.com/story/weather/2022/06/12/national-weather-center-norman-central-oklahoma-meteorological-support-15-years-later/7537966001/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"> the National Weather Service in Norman </a> believe the second wave of the ice storm will pass through the state early to midday Tuesday. <a href="https://twitter.com/NWSNorman/status/1620176545754284033" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"> Meteorologists expect </a> freezing rain and sleet to batter the Oklahoma City metro again between 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Oklahoma City and surrounding communities could see a glaze of ice between a tenth to a quarter of an inch, with sleet accumulating possibly up to half an inch into Wednesday, the NWS said.
