(KFOX14) — It's known as one of the most heinous crimes in Las Cruces city history and over three decades later, it has yet to be solved. Friday marks 33 years since four children and three adults were targeted in a mass-shooting at Las Cruces Bowl. KFOX14 spoke to Anthony Teran, the brother of the late Steven Teran and Uncle of Paula Holguin and Valerie Teran. "Justice needs to be brought to this case. It's been way too long."A well known director in the borderland, Charlie Minn, directed a documentary about the horrific day titled "A Nightmare in Las Cruces." Teran said keeping his family's memory alive is important to cracking the unsolved case, which is why for the past 13 years he continues to show the film hopeful that someone will come forward with information that could help solve the case. "I don't want to let these victims' memories fade away in this manner. They deserve justice. They were citizens. They were people just like you and me," Teran said. After three decades, the community continues to wait for answers and closure.
