Henry Gonzalez, 28, died from gunshot wounds, and three other people were injured. The first suspect, Nicholas Martinell-Sterling, 28, was arrested at a residence in the 7900 block of NE Burton Rd shortly before 3:30 a.m. on March 15.On March 20, at around 5 a.m., Vancouver law enforcement arrested Austin A. Bell at a residence in the 10800 block of SE Stark Street.Bell is currently held in the Multnomah County Jail awaiting extradition to Clark County to face charges of Murder I, Assault I and Drive-By Shooting.Martinell-Sterling was in court on March 16 for a preliminary hearing on charges of murder, assault, and drive-by shooting.</div></body>
