yea affordable to whom. neighborhoods have been demolished no longer around down from 6th to 11th gone.

$250,000.00 that's affordable, to whom, $100,000 is affordable, and that is still high, especially for families with less $20-25,000 income, currently rent is out of this world and that isn't an option for many in the Community, still these new homes and apartments won't be affordable to many
