It’s been really difficult to get locations and get real estate right now. We looked at quite a few things. This location in North Olmsted just made the most sense for us.”<figure><img src="https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?type=thumbnail_580x000&amp;url=2vVt90_0lhIQ8F800" alt="https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?url=2vVt90_0lhIQ8F800" width="1280" height="960" ></figure>The Niles-based DJ Hospitality Group has nine Freddy’s Frozen Custard &amp; Steakburgers, including in Streetsboro and Strongsville, as well as around the Cincinnati and Dayton areas.The company has another half dozen stores under construction, including at 27350 Lorain Road in North Olmsted.The roughly one-acre site, expected to be opened in late summer or early fall, will feature a 2,500-square-foot restaurant with a standard drive-thru along with 56 seats inside and another 24 on the patio.“We have a combination of cook-to-order steakburgers, all-beef hot dogs, shoestring fries and frozen custard, which is made fresh every couple of hours throughout the day,” Gatta said.“We have premium ingredients. We focus on our three pillars -- hospitality, cleanliness and quality.
