Margaux is expected to open late 2023 or early 2024.“Margaux will be a restaurant that ties together some of my favorite aspects of the hospitality industry; mainly highlights from my 30+ year career and those things that still inspire me,” Eitel said in a release sent to WISN 12 News.She added, “I want people to fall in love with dining out all over again; I want to bring the best of French cuisine into this modern and sophisticated, cosmopolitan yet relaxed setting and let the food and drink inspire great experiences.”Margaux will be Eitel’s second property at the Corners of Brookfield, joining the BelAir Cantina restaurant that opened in April 2017.“Bringing a French Brasserie concept to the Corners is something that Kristyn has been working on with us for a long time. Given the European style of our Market Square, it simply had to be located there," said Robert Gould, CEO of The Corners in the same news release.According to Eitel, more information about Margaux will be available in the near future. </div></body>
