    THURSDAY, MAY 4

    National Day of Prayer
    Join Stanley New Hope Pentecostal Church, for its community National Day of Prayer service at 7 p.m.. The evening will be full of worship, word and prayer.     FRIDAY, MAY 5

    Basket Bingo
    Shenandoah. Event by Page County Rec League. Join Page County Middle School for a fun filled night of Basket Bingo!! Doors open at 5:30 p.m., games start at 6:30 p.m. Pre Sale tickets will be sold for $25, tickets at the door will be $30. Pre Sale tickets will end May 1st. They will also have a Chinese Auction, with lots of great items. $10 a sheet (25 tickets), $20 for 3 sheets (75 tickets). *Bring your own dauber or highlighter* Concessions will be available for purchase. There will be a special prize drawing for All Pre Sale ticket holders!

    Parents Night Out
    Luray. 6 - 9 p.m. Drop your kids off at Trackside Theater so you can have a Cinco de Mayo night out! Get discounts from local restaurants and businesses while they entertain your children with theater games, board games, arts and crafts, pizza, and snacks. Prices are $20 for the first child and $5 for each additional. RSVP by emailing info@tracksidetheater.org with your name and the number of children.     ADA Trail Grand Opening
    Shenandoah. Save the date! Saturday, May 6th, the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the Town's newly paved ADA trail will be held at 10:00 a.m. in Big Gem Park (736 Fourth Street, Shenandoah, VA).     Wildflower Weekend
    May 6 & 7. Shenandoah National Park. Spring wildflowers are at the heart of Shenandoah National Park's 37th annual Wildflower Weekend celebration! All programs are FREE.     Clogging Dance Performances
    The Shenandoah Valley Cloggers will be performing at Skyland Resort in Shenandoah National Park, on a new night. Performances are planned from 7:30-8:30 p.m. on Thursdays as follows: May 11, June 8 and 29. FREE and open to the public, the shows feature a variety of music, from bluegrass, country, to pop, 1970s favorites and more.     Golf Tournament Fundraiser
    Luray. 5th Annual Golf Tournament Charity Fundraiser for The Life Center. Captains Choice - 4 Man Team.     SATURDAY, MAY 20

    Discovery Hike
    Shenandoah. The town is excited to announce that Discovery Hikes with retired Park Ranger-Naturalist Mara Meisel will be back at Big Gem Park this year! The first hike will be on May 20th at 10:00 a.m. May 20th is also Kids to Parks Day, a nationwide movement to connect kids to parks.     Rabies Clinic
    Luray. Rabies Clinic for cats and dogs. Visit Southern States on May 20th for its Rabies Clinic. 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. $10 per shot. Shots administered by Dr. Kristina Pauley of Blue Mountain Animal Clinic. All dogs must be leashed and all cats must be crated. If you have a current rabies vaccination certificate, please bring it with you so your pet can get the 3-year dose. Otherwise, pets will get the 1-year dose.     Spaghetti Dinner
