KOCO 5 spoke to a shop owner whose restaurant was near the shooting.The owner, Denny Ha, said his store was closed when it occurred but he woke up to the alarming news. Right now, police haven’t confirmed how many victims there were but they said one person is dead and the rest were taken to a hospital. Ha, who owns a store at the Shoppes at Quail Springs, said it is a very nice area. The owner said he isn’t sure what happened but still feels the area is safe. "I don’t see nothing. I just see a lot of blood on the parking lot outside. I don’t feel any danger.
