Continuing with the series of Van Daele Homes in Holladay, UT, or to be exact...the Holladay Hills - that has a nice ring to it. As a Row-Mid floor plan, the flow is definitely different from the first walkthrough (previous video), especially since you would be sharing walls on both sides. As I mentioned on the video, the main question here is, does it justify spending a million dollars? You be the judge. The Residence B1 welcomes you to the ground level, currently staged as a home office with a half bath. The base plan doesn't have a door, but just an opening, so this particular space does offer glass french doors, or the barn style doors. This is the first floor plan configuration that also offers the addition of an elevator. The climb of 4 flights of stairs can be avoided, especially if you're considering this unit as a retirement purchase, or simply, you're not a fan of daily leg workouts as you make your way up and down the stairs.
