In a swift response, a Sheriff’s Office small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) operator deployed a UAS over the premises within three minutes of the alarm being reported. Investigation revealed that the front door of the dealership had been shattered.</p><p>Law enforcement units encountered an individual exiting the establishment. The suspect, identified as Kevin Navarro (21) from Vancouver, was apprehended and subsequently charged with second-degree burglary. During the arrest, multiple sets of keys belonging to vehicles owned by the dealership were found in Navarro’s possession.</p><p>Navarro has been booked into the Clark County Jail on charges of burglary. Additionally, the Clark County Prosecutor’s Office has been presented with additional charges of theft and vandalism.</p><p>The Clark County Sheriff’s Office has observed a surge in commercial burglaries along Highway 99 in Hazel Dell over recent months.
